Indiana’s Failing Charter Schools

  1. I wonder what Michelle Rhee and Bill Gates would have to say about this! Aren't charter schools the answer to all of society's ills??

  2. Facts? Why let a little thing like that get in the way of a good thing?

Actually, the Indiana situation is already being spun as a positive.

Lynn Black, head of schools for Hoosier Academies, which has a BSU-chartered school in Muncie, Indiana, has an even better spin on the obvious charter school failures. He suggests that public charter schools fail due to the fact they are held to much higher standards than traditional public schools.
